Cindy has a broad base of experience ranging from urban planning to landscape design. With degrees in Sociology, Recreation and Urban Planning combined with related work experience, she has developed expertise relating to the interactive nature of people, spaces and the environment. In addition, her experience in horticulture and water smart landscape design combines well with her knowledge of the governmental planning process.

Cindy pursued higher education at the University of Colorado in Boulder for her undergraduate degrees. She received her Masters Degree in Urban Planning and Community Development at the University of Colorado at Denver.
